Welcome !

Welcome to Troop 876! We are a BSA Troop dedicated to girls aged 11 to 17 who like to camp, make friends, learn, and challenge themselves.

Scouting is all about adventure, family, leadership, and especially fun!

BSA strives to build a better future for your child by teaching them skills they'll carry with them into adulthood.

Our motto - Be Prepared - applies not only to the practical skills your scout will learn, but also the leadership and teamwork skills that will prepare them for the future.

It’s fun, hands-on learning and achievement that puts kids in the middle of the action and prepares them for today – and for life.

Posted on Oct 29 2024 - 7:25am
Hello Troop 876-

Please continue to work diligently on fruit basket sales!  It's our primary fundraiser of the year and, as a reminder, all Scouts must sell a minimum of 5 baskets to cover troop fees. Also, Scouts earn $10 in Scoutbucks for each basket sold, which can be used to pay for Troop 876 related activities and equipment (e.g. campouts, summer camp, high-adventure trips, camping/hiking equipment, Troop 876 t-shirts/fleece, etc).  Thanksgiving orders are due to Mrs. Stanford (loramstanford@gmail.com) by 11/15 and basket assembly is Friday, 11/22 from 6-9 pm.  Holiday orders are due 12/6 and basket assembly is Friday, 12/13 from 6-9 pm.
